Es buena, aunque tienes que apretarla suficiente para que no entre agua. No me funcionó con goggles, porque se mete agua a los lentes, en mi experiencia. La cierro hacia arriba, para lograr apretarla mejor. Igual uso otras gorras debajo, para evitar se moje mi cabello.
