Q: Do they all have the liquid center?

The center is a very small amount of a sour taste. I thought it was a powder like flavor that dissolves. My partner says he thinks it's a liquid. Whatever it is , it's a very small amount. These candies are good! We like them. I share them with everyone & carry a few in my purse for a sweet sour fix. Not sure if my comments help. Aloha!

I’m sorry but I threw away the tag. All I can say is that they are fantastic! I love these. The flavor is outstanding and they have a slight liquid center that is very lemony. If you are a big fan of lemon, I would say get these. You won’t be disappointed.
