The tool I received was for South America region (I live in the US) and did not include the 1 year free access to Motor Truespeed. The tool was returned and a full refund was issued.

I like it on certain vehicles it’s a bit more confusing. I hadn’t used autel prior to this, prior to purchasing I called autel u.s.a to ask if China software vs u.s.a software were any different they said no. Only difference on u.s.a version is remote assistance. The seller for this product is more than willing to assist with any question or issue . This seller is very polite and will deal with autel directly. Haven’t had any real issue with scanner battery life is good subscription was as described shows expiration date when you register product. The topology is very nice can’t complain.only thing I didn’t know was for topology to work you must be connected to internet.I would buy it all over again I have compared it to my snap on Zeus and can’t say either one is better they are both good but that topology is an extremely nice feature. Autel is much cheaper in price and has good features. Only advice is if you are buying it for personal usage and want to do your own personal vehicles go to autel and see coverages on those vehicles prior to buying.

Love the software, and capabilities, it’s large, and sometimes it’s too big for smaller cars, the VCI is also amazing, but not needed all the time, wish there was a smaller dongle for everyday use. Overall beautiful. Have not had the chance to use the EV adapter, but like all my autel devices, it looks typical high quality as well
