The best item I bought at Christmas. Wasn’t expecting much based on the price but it is absolutely brilliant, powerful and provides a really good massage!

Wow - this is fantastic! Easy & quick to set up, and boy, does it pack a punch! I suffer from stress and tension which I hold in my back and shoulders, and was a little sceptical at just how effective this massager would be, but it's honestly amazing. It massages deep into the muscle, and I was only sitting in a chair, leaving back on it gently. It seems to reach all the right places, under the shoulder blade, etc. The different directions of the massage tips reach different muscles and sometimes one direction feels more effective than the other. I can imagine this would be perfect to do pre-bedtime, to really relax you. The only reason I originally gave four and not five stars was because there is a click coming from the left side of the massage tips, which detracts a bit from the relaxing nature of it, but also makes me wonder if there is something catching as it rotates, since the other side doesn't do this. But it is incredibly effective as a massager and it only arrived an hour ago! I highly recommend it! Addendum: I have since bought another one for a friend, who absolutely loves it.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I checked out the reviews and they were spot on. For days now I’ve had a radiating pain down my arm. This came the other day and I’ve tried it now: 15mins of blissful massaging of my neck! I know it won’t away overnight but my goodness it’s a great machine! Def worth the money. Pressure: You really feel like you’ve been massaged - really deep and satisfying Massage quality: Great - it stops after 15 mins of rotating which switches position every now and again. I used for my neck but would be fab for lower back and other areas it even comes with a car lighter connection. Quality: Really well made and very simple instructions. Value for money: I can’t imagine you’d get something else this quality for this price.

Worked ok in right position however have now been left with carpet burn effect and bruising on my back

I bought this massager after getting a backache during a long drive. It certainly works, although it is almost uncomfortably vigorous; that said, I used to have a $1000+ Osim massage chair that wasn’t significantly more comfortable. I think all these “rotating ball” type back massagers all feel the same. This one comes with a 12V car adapter but it is too thick and lumpy to use while driving. I somehow thought it could be used like a car’s massaging seats. Nope, too thick/uncomfortable to have in the small of your back while driving. But… it is cheap and I can’t argue that it works.

Very firm and completely hits the spots on my back that needs this deep massage. So much cheaper than the osteopath the Dr recommended and has totally helped my back pain. I now use for 10mins most evenings.

edit: This might be the fastest response I got from the from the seller after I emailed them a day ago about my unfortunate product. They immediately sent me a new one and was very polite and apologetic. This is how everything should be handeled, professionally. I recommend! the first rotation is fine, but after the movement switches to counter-clockwise, the massager just stops working. turns out I'm one of unlucky ones but good thing seller reached out to me fast!

So I’ve had this massager since 2021 and it has been great. Sometimes I over use it and I’m a little sore the next day, but it really helps relieve the stress tension from my upper back and shoulders. I went to use it today and it wouldn’t turn on and began to smell like burning plastic. The connection section of the cord was warm to the touch even though the massager itself would not turn on or heat up. I unplugged it and I’m scared to plug it back in. I don’t want to start a fire. I’m really sad this product is no problem longer available l, I would purchase a replacement.

This is a great massager, the massaging balls heat up nicely and it is great for muscle pain. I originally bought it for my gramma but the masssager was too intense for her to use, but my husband and I bonused out getting it back and it works and feels great on our old bodies!

I’ve purchased many different massagers, all handhelds, but my curiosity made me buy this. I remember seeing this type of gyrating massager as a kid. Except 20 years ago the massager was incorporated into a chair priced at over a G. I never thought I’d see one of these for $40. After using it for 4+ hours total I think I can give an honest review with my pros about this kind of setup. Coming if from a guy with an inversion table, massage guns, back braces, the works… The device itself is very sturdy. It hasn't ceased once. The motor is very quiet, I can hardly hear it. The pillow is soft but very ridged (it doesn't bend easily) I do not recommend placing it on a curved back dining chair with a beam backrest but I tried it and it worked. But using a bed or a cushioned back chair/couch is probably the intended and best way to use it. This is a very convenient way to massage your back. It is so effective that it actually popped my back several times. The way it gyrates on the slowest setting is perfection. I can feel the tension and strain getting kneaded out of me. Its like a mini physiotherapist with a one time entry fee (until it inevitably dies) but let's hope that doesn't happen any time soon. I'll update if it kicks the bucket. I'll probably leave the rating alone if it does. At this point its worth every penny.

I have been looking for a back massager specially as all the others on the market are neck massager. This I am able to put down and lay on it for best coverage around the shoulder and back area. The extra padded cover also provides pretty good coverage making it softer on the muscles. The heating feature is quick to heat up and provides an added layer of comfort. The timer does go off and Im not sure if there is a way to extend the timer, but its probably a good safety feature as to not over do it.
