What is the difference between the large and larger plus?

The size is different,large size is 66*30*28CM and the lager plus size: 71*42*29CM. Aside this,all are the same!

Does it come with all the things it has on the picture in the bag?

No,this is empty trauma bag,no any medical supplies included it!

Will it hold two Cervical collars?

You can cram them in there yes. I have one adult in there and it takes literally half the circumference of the bag. If you expect to keep it organized (with the inserts to make pouch areas) you’d be hard pressed to cram 2 collars

Can I order more of the zipper bags that come with it?

No but it has plenty of them inside. Too many.
