Excellent quality matcha, lovely, fresh taste, with an almost sweet and fruity aroma.

Some of the best ceremonial Matcha that I have tried. Out of the can you can smell the freshness. It’s has a lovely earthy but floral scent. Even some slight citrus notes. It has a medium bright green color. Very pigmented and has the consistency of eyeshadow, which is key Very nice. Even the taste of the raw powder on the palate is clean and only a slight bitterness. For the best taste experience, first mix the powder with half a once of filtered water at room temperature to buffer the tea, then mix with hot water. The flavor was that fresh, umami, silky, floral, ever so hint of sweetness and taste we associate with quality ceremonial matcha. It does have a slight bitterness. It is very enjoyable without any sugar or other added ingredients. It’s great on a cold morning with hot water just as is. But this matcha is even lovelier with a little bit of sweetener, milk, etc. it makes delicious iced or hot Matcha lattes, smoothies, etc. One of my favorite applications is having it in sunny afternoon with a splash of fresh citrus juice like pineapple or orange with sparkling water over ice. So refreshing. Another favorite is a strawberry matcha latte. Real Matcha loses it’s freshness very quickly so this size can is perfect for me. I love tea so I use way more than the recommended 1/2 teaspoon per serving haha so my can finishes quickly. For the price, Crafti is a great value. I would definitely recommend to all matcha lovers.

Very good quality, Matcha I ever have

I use this matcha specifically for lattes, and the quality really shows. Since it’s ceremonial grade, the flavor is smooth and clean, with no harsh bitterness. The color is a vibrant green and it blends easily with milk, making the latte creamy and well balanced. It gives a calm, steady energy without the crash. I’ve tried other ceremonial matchas and this one is definitely worth it. Would buy again.
