It works & is awesome to take camping. Everyone will drain it & take photos & ask where u got it.
I got it for Emergency supplies, prepping. But Son went camping and needed to cook, make soup for 50 people. So I sent him there with this and a 5 gallon bottle of Reverse Osmosis water from home.I later went out to check on him camping in another town and the soup came out great, and he told me that the 5 gallons of water was almost gone because lots of Mom's had seen it took photos asked him where he got it and drained it into their canteens and water bottles. No batteries needed. I also got one for my Mom Who lives in a retirement community. She hated the water there and her Brita and she was getting loopy from not drinking enough water. I got her one of these and 3 five gal bottles of water and she's feeling much better and loves the new water system. She fills a nice glass pitcher every day 3x/day and dutifully drinks her water. Much more alert and can think better. Not having issues with dehydration anymore. It is easy to push down has a nice cap, fits of most standard water bottles and made my mom, son and husband happy. My Husband thought the 5 gallos was overkill but was surprised by how many people liked it and that it was empty when they brought it home last week.A great item to have in your Earthquake kit or Emergency supplies. Easy to get clean water for all. Can't reccomend it enough. You won't be sorry and peace of mind is a great thing to have.

Excellent value! Good flow!
For starters, I’m using 5 gallon jugs of the type that Primo, Poland Springs and Blizzard use. They were empty leftovers from work. I filled them with filtered tap water, capped with some silicone caps also found on Amazon and then slapped this pump on.This pump works by forcing air into the jug, the displaced water then comes out of the nozzle. The more air space in the jug to compress the more pumps it will take to get your water. When the water jug is full, it takes two pumps to rapidly fill a pint glass. When the jug is near empty it will take more pumps, but it's still enough flow to be convenient. If your bottle necks are thinner or you are not using the reusable silicone caps, you may not have the same results.I'm two months into ownership and this has proved to be a great solution for water while camping, during power emergencies and just general use at home. I specifically wanted to not have a battery powered pump for these uses and so far I’m very satisfied. I even went ahead and bought another just a few minutes ago. This seller is less expensive than some of the other brands, may as well just get the two pack to begin with. This way I can have one setup at home and another for if I'm goign to camp or whatever.

Throwing your money away
I bought this thinking how bad could it be? After reading the reviews and I'll be honest.... the product is pretty much non functional. It pumps at a decent rate but if you pump it too many times the entire thing just gets launched upwards off the jug from the changes in pressure. Theres no way to actually secure it onto a 5 gallon or any water jug for that matter. I've had a pump (different brand) like this before so I know there's better options out there and this is the bottom of the barrel for this type of product. Im returning it, it just doesn't fulfill its function

Stopped working, low quality material.
If you just need a water pump then this will do the job, but you get what you pay for. It's very cheaply made, flimsy, and the pieces fall a part if you drop it. It doesn't crew on to my 5 gallon water container, it just sits on top. The pump doesn't fall off or anything, but I would have liked for it to actually crew on. Kids will have fun knocking the pump off. Overall, it's a pump that will complete the intended task.Update 3/18/2023:It no longer pumps, don't buy, spend the extra $20 on a good pump. It's cheap plastic, sad thing is that the description say "High Quality Material".

Simple and Works Great
This water pump is a lifesaver! It’s easy to install, fits snugly on the bottle, and pumps water smoothly without leaking. Perfect for home, office, or outdoor use when you don’t want to lift heavy bottle

Ok for it's price, not amazing quality.
The part you twist onto the bottle doesnt get tight, and the tubing going into the bottle are slightly bent.It does do its job though, it's good if you just want a cheap water pump, but I wouldn't recommend if you want high quality.

Works great.
The fit is a little wonky at first, and it wobbles a little bit, but it works great. We use it for camping, and it’s amazing. Haven’t tested how fast it will drain a 5 gallon drum, but it has a pretty good flow. All in all beat $8.00 spent on a camping trinket.

Easy to install and use
This water pump was easy to put together and install onto water jug. Pump action works great. Slight pressure needed only. It comes with an end cap for the spout, which is necessary so it doesn’t leak if you over pump.
