I have been taking these as consistent as I can. I take 1 with lunch, and the other about 15 min before the gym (about 4.5 hours apart). bought this, hoping it would help me with energy and weight loss. I did notice an immediate increase in energy. No weight loss for me. However, I only took it for four days.. by day three I developed severe body itching and tingling around my mouth and lips. I tried half the dose for day four but the tingling returned. As far as I know, I’m not allergic to any of the ingredients but I’m definitely having a reaction so I’ll have to discontinue use.
