Q: How many Calories in one square?

Package shows serving size as 3 squares at 100 calories so I guess they are about 33 calories each

Q: Are they Gluten, nut & lactose free?

As someone else noted, they contain Corn Syrup, Sugar, Corn starch, artificial flavor, Red#46. None of those contain any of those "bad" things. Even if they did, I would enjoy them anyway. They're delicious. Yum!

Q: How strong of a cinnamon flavor is there?

The Sweets Candy company makes cinnamon bears as well as the cinnamon squares. The cinnamon flavor is about the same, although the cinnamon squares are softer candy with sugar sprinkles. I buy about 10 lbs a year and share them with my kids, grandkids and neighbors and we all LOVE them!!!
