I love this product. The taste is nice and the color is very vibrant. The powder does clump up easily and the does have small chunks of the pitaya seeds. It is does not have a silky smooth consistency. But, that is ok with me. I mix it into milk for my matcha lattes and the result is beautiful. I would recommend this and would re purchase.

This stuff is great for my smoothies. I have NEVER been able to find a red pitaya in the stores...and the white ones taste terrible, while the golden ones are delicious, but only available for a very short time in the winter season. So, I decided to purchase this powder in hopes that it would be delicious like the golden pitaya and it's wonderful. Two tablespoons in the smoothie makes it so delicious! I will continue adding this now as a regular staple!

I follow the Medical Medium Liver Detox. I usually have a morning shake which has dragon fruit in it. When on vacation I found that not every store carries frozen dragon fruit so I bought the Terrasoul freeze dried organic powder. It's high quality, tastes great, is always fresh and best part I can pack it and not worry about refrigeration.

This would be a near perfect product. IF it didn’t clump up and get hard inside the sealed bag. Once you open it and use it, moisture still gets in the bag, and it becomes hard as a rock and therefore unusable. I definitely recommend transferring it into an airtight sealed glass or stainless steel container as soon as you open it if you want to preserve its powdery texture. Then you’ll be good to go. (If you’ve ever had brown sugar get hard as a rock on you, it’s the same scenario. Just put it in an airtight container.)

I got this for homemade milks. It makes it pretty colors without having to run to the store for a dragon fruit. It does have a taste but it's not bad. You can't taste it that much when you put it with nut milk and dates and stuff.
