Ordered size M originally, significant size difference so ordered the small. Size small fits perfectly. Wrist bands are quite snug, but wearable

Bought as a present for my gymnastics-mad granddaughter. This does the job very well, and the birthday girl is delighted with it. It's lasted well and really helps with grip and balance on a bar. The fit is adjustable, it's easy to use and good value for money. Recommended.

Finger holes are not entirely comfortable but my daughter wore these a good few times as her hands adjusted to bar work. They were easy to get on and off but I imagine the sweat bands will wear very quickly as they are not great quality.

My 12year old loves her wristband and grips. No tares on her hands after gymnastics yesterday. They need to be broken in apart from that they are perfect.

These do exactly what they are supposed to, but they are a bit of a faff to put on and off so she ends up not using them most of the time, which is a shame! Seem like good quality though.

I swear my little gymnast has improved so much in her gymnastics since using these. She uses them so often on the bar and loves them. They just help make her wrists stiffer and stronger. She loves them
