Looked and felt quite robust, easy to click together. Only needed 20 of the 30 knots so plenty if any gets damaged.Never used one of these before and was pleasantly surprised how relaxing it was to use, runs very smoothly around the ring. It’s not that noisy either,I didn’t want to buy a cheap one or an expensive one, so this price met me half way. I’m not over weight 12/14 but my waist is 36” so have a belly to get rid of. Having all those extra rings mean my family members can use this if need be. Would recommend to anyone.

OK so this is not the quietest piece of equipment to use but it does do what is says. I can't say I have lost any inches but I am only using it every other day or so at the moment.I found it much easier to use when I shortened the rope to the weight. This made it easier to keep the weight rolling around the hoop.I am finding is easy to use and easy to just spend 30 mins or an hour twirling whilst watching TV.I will probably look to upgrade to a quieter hoop in a few months but this one works, is easy to put together and easy to add or remove links.

So easy to assemble and use, I’m off to Australia Easter and my wife said I need to lose a few pounds before we go and to be honest I need the exercise. Getting to the gym isn’t always easy so I needed something I can quickly put on and use at home and to be honest I’m finding this a great asset in my exercise regime. I've been using this daily since I had it and it doesn’t feel like a heavy workout but I’m feeling much more alive once I've used it.I try to do at least 20mins daily so a really great buy.

I swapped my old hula hoop to this one and it's so much better! While that gave me bruises and was difficult for me to get the hang of it, this is so much comfortable and easy to use! I found it easy to assemble and it's very good quality. You can also adjust the string of the weight if you find it too long, so you don't need that much space to use it. I'm looking forward to keep removing parts as my waist is getting slimmer!

This hoop was really easy to assemble and it worked really well till about week 5 when the spinner wheel broke I am gutted as I was really enjoying it

I would just like to say, I've been wanting one of these for a while, but because I'm a curvy lady I was worried about the size of them. I saw this came with extra notches which made me purchase, fits great even without the extra notches!! Its easy to use when you get the hang of it. So thank you seller for a great product. I'd recommended it to anyone

It clicks together easier than I imagined and also doesn't fall apart in use (which I was worried it would given how easy ot ws to build). Simple to use but does take a bit to get the knack of it - I bought those to work on my core and seems to work well.

I bought another if these for my daughter as I already have one and found it really easy to useExcellent product and weighted ball goes round easily. My daughter has also recommended this to her friends as they are all asking about it
