What are the total dimensions of this rice cooker?

If it is round then there should only be 2 dimensions. Height and width. What's up with 3 dimension numbers?

I have one but the rice seems to stick and sometimes start to burn in the bottom. I do follow the directions. Any suggestions?

I have this rice cooker and what always works for me is unplugging it as soon as it is done and letting it sit for about 10 minutes, letting it cool off a bit, it comes out clean without using any oil, grease, or butter. I find that if I try to take it out right away the rice has extra moisture on it and sticks to the pot and if it is still warming it will start to burn the rice so unplugging it is best. I do rise the rice once before putting it in just to rinse off any residue. For jasmine rice 1 1/4 cup water for 1 cup of rice, for brown rice 2 1/4 cups of water for 1 cup of rice.

How big is the vegetable tray inside? Can I fit a small bag of baby carrots inside?

The vegetable tray is 6.5" diameter and 1.75" deep. I don't know how big baby carrot bags are.

30年前の日本製と思って使おう

アメリカンなデザインの炊飯器が欲しくて購入。とりあえず普通に考えず1回ご飯を炊いてみました。結果、マズイ…。炊きあがり後すぐにご飯をすくい返そうと試みるも、内釜にご飯がこびり付いて取れない。使用感としては、30〜40年前の日本の炊飯器を思い出す低スペック。ある程度の難点は覚悟の上で購入したつもりだったけど、ちょっと挫けました。お米を捨てる覚悟で、何度か適切な炊き方を試行錯誤すれば改善できるかも知れません。我が家ではしばらくはインテリアとしては陳列される事になるでしょう。テレビでたまにある「日本の炊飯器を海外に持っていったら感動された」は決してオーバーじゃないのが本当だとわかりました。

うまく炊けない炊飯器❗️

ハワイ島に来てヒルトンのコンド泊です。前回はZOJIRUSHI炊飯器でしたが、今日はアロマ炊飯器です。嫌な予感がしましたけど炊いてみたらご飯は芯が残りました。注意書通りBrown riceで炊いたがダメでした。この炊飯器はアメリカで１番ですって❗️炊ければいいってものじゃない、美味しいご飯が出来てナンバーワンの品質なんです❗️もう使わない❗️
