Great shoe if you can get good price and proper size
I know Adidas and Nike sometimes run a little narrow so I was lucky enough to find a size 11 wide for under $70. Going through the items listed prices were all over the place as was availability for certain sizes. It is a beautiful cross-trainer and for being so light it feels extremely durable and well made.It does add about an inch to your height but is so stable and well cushioned it's a "boost" in more ways than one. I also wear a newer New Balance 517 cross-trainer that I think is a little lighter and, as is normally the case with the brand, fits very well for a slightly wider foot. LOL they're not as good looking as the Adidas so I wear them if the weather is bad.I have some nerve damage in my feet and these certainly make all the difference when doing squats, lunges or any other activity you can think of. I'm not a big "5 star" guy but these are well worth it. I'm 6'1 and 188lbs and train 5-6 days per week so proper footwear is essential.

After wearing daily for a year - still virtually no wear - sturdy and comfy
I play tennis competitively, but not much during 2020 for obvious reasons. Even so, these shoes are really the best (nearly "Dad" shoes) I've ever bought. Comfortable to wear all day long, snug when tightened and supportive for court play. And, I've never had a pair of shoes like these that just don't wear - the back of the shoe is still intact although I sometimes slip them on and crush them with my heel (we all do that don't we?), the front glue is still strong and seamless, the leather has not holes or wear, and the tread is still making full tracks in the dirt. Great shoe. I hope they don't read this review though, because like all great things that surpass the competition, they'll reduce quality, maintain the price, eek out more profit, and I'll not find another pair like this again (see Rockport). I'll buy these again once the dirt doesn't come out in the wash (nearly there).

Good shoe, great price, a little snug at first, plus other weirdness
My intention was to loosen up the laces, tie them, and then let them be slip-ons. This did work, although they seemed a little tight in the front at first. I decided I'd push through that, thinking either they'd stretch a bit or I'd get used to it. That seems to have worked because they are more comfortable now One weird problem I encountered is that the right shoe somehow began irritating my pinkie toe while I walked. It got to the point where I was trying to slap squares of duct tape inside where the upper meets the sole, but this did not work. It got to the point after a few days that I thought maybe I would not be able to wear them. But the problem just kind of went away. Like, gone. So now they feel good and I can slip them on and off and I'm very pleased with them.

Very clunky
I give these high ratings for the price. They wear well enough over time and therefore they are a good value. I bought them for outdoor pickleball, and outdoor pickleball is extremely hard on shoes. These held up as well as any other shoes at 1/3 the price. The downside, they are quite bulky, way wider box toe than any of my other shoes. I have a wide foot so this was comfortable for me, but probably not ideal for side-to-side aggressive movement. That said, I didn't really notice them being overly restrictive. If I were to play a tournament, I'd choose one of my other pairs of shoes to be more nimble, but for rec play these are just fine.

Classic Adidas Cross-Trainers with a New Name
Years ago, I purchased a pair of Adidas “Barracks” cross trainers that I loved. When it was eventually time to replace them, I would opt for the same exact model/type. Then at some point, Adidas stopped making them available for sale in the U.S. (but not in Europe), and I was sad...But now, the Barracks model has returned...except that it’s got a different name: Strutter. I’m virtually certain that this sneaker is the same exact model as the old “Barracks” cross trainer; and they are totally awesome. Well built, sturdy but lightweight, narrow arches, and really comfortable, these are the ‘old’ Adidas cross trainers that I remember.

Cute but i need customer service!!
I thought the shoes were very cute, however I have had to return them twice because of small issues with the product.First order, the soles of the shoe seemed to have been sewn weird because it pushed into my foot when I tried them on.Second order, I returned because I notice small, white pet hairs inside the shoes. I found this unpleasant and wanted a new pair.Unfortunately I have yet to receive a new pair, nor have I received a refund for my purchases. Both shoes were returned successfully so I don’t know why I haven’t received anything yet. I hope to get a new pair soon!

Great shoes and great price
First...they were on sale for $30. With Prime, no tax and no shipping fee. The "Strutter" style are the best fitting shoes I've had in years. Finally, shoes I can just order online and not have to go to shoe stores all over town to find them. Size 12 are usually sold out in stores where I live. They seem to be made well and I believe they will last a long time. Will definitely buy again.
