Takes time to understand.
Very pleased with the coffee making level but a bit fiddly to understand and NO proper instruction booklet like always these days. Why can gadget makers not provide operational instructions these days instead of making us comb Youtube to understand how to use the item. No response from the email to register my product for Warranty as their Webste form does not work. That is poor back up.

Broke down after 2 months
Mashine stopped working after 2 months about. No service and warranty does not reply

There is no warranty applied
The machine was working for 3 months good, then the milk container sensor is not responding I am contacting the customer service as it is under warranty but they are not replying at all. I will be so carful in future not to buy expensive machine through Amazon
