Great pen for great price.

I bought a couple of dozen of these to hand out at the office as freebies. Everyone loved them. I was so pleased by their reaction that next year, I'll get a bunch of Montegrappa Chaos pens and give them away, too.

I mean, it's ok. You won't feel too bad about dropping it or loaning it to that one coworker that never returns anything (yeah, you, Janice). But I'd also feel silly using this for any time I want to impress the bigwigs. My Zebra V-301 comes out then.Edit: Just found out this pen can pry open paint cans, so an extra star.

I've owned many Lamy fountain pens, and this is the worst! The nib skips while writing and no ink flow at all at times. Would not recommend. the pen's ergonomics in the hand feels great which is a plus but the overall experience while writing is disappointing.

Absolutely amazing pen. Best I have ever used. Much smoother than the safari version and I was impressed with that. If you want a LAMY pen, get this one

Coupled with smooth paper this left-hander is the best pen I have used. Being older and weaker now, the slightly rubberised grip and feel of the pen makes writing mostly effortless. I have another Lamy with a broader knib, but this pen is better and the ink cartrideges seem to last three times longer.
