First Impressions Are Excellent
The picture quality of this monitor is very impressive. As a filmmaker and pixel-peeper, my main concern was finding a reference monitor that accurately reproduces the camera’s image without breaking the bank. So if that describes you, look no further. The included bracket, battery, and HDMI cable had me up and running within seconds on my Sony A7III rig. Even though a 5.7” monitor sounds like overkill atop a mirrorless DSLR, it’s really a optimal size. I find myself not looking at the built in camera display anymore, unless it’s to change a setting — which was unexpected, because I have always doubted the need to use an external monitor on a camera rig up til now. The Sony A7III’s built in display is fairly small, and does not do a good job of hiding the pixels when you get up close to it to frame your shot. The Feelworld F6, on the other hand, has no visible pixels nor matter how close you get to it. Everything looks sharp and accurate, as it should. My only complaints are that when you have a battery attached to the monitor and power it off, the power indicator light turns from blue to red, rather than from blue to off. If stored for long periods of time with the battery attached, this little light will eventually drain your battery to 0. So be aware of that. My second complaint is if you’ve ever pushed on or flexed a display before and seen it change colors due to pressure, this monitor suffers from that very slightly on the top where the edge of the plastic contacts with the display. Rather than being black, it has a hint of white to it because it’s being pushed on by the edge of the housing. But it’s not noticeable at all during normal use, just very subtly when it’s on black waiting for an input signal.

Working Good So Far
I used this monitor several times a week and the last 1.5 years, and works great. Recently, sometimes the screen will turn into all black and white or sometimes like thermal camera. Turns out the cable was bad. Replaced the cable and it works like new. I can see much better with this monitor instead of looking at the small screen on my camera. Also, I have used during light rain and have no issues.

Excellent Monitor For The Price
My job sent me on a statewide video shoot over the course of 3 weekends in the middle of summer in the Southwest. I was given a Canon 5D Mark IV, extra batteries, a shoulder bag and nothing else. I needed to assemble a rig to make shooting easier, so in addition to a number of Smallrig pieces, I purchased this monitor. The reviews were decent and the price was in my budget. The Feelword F6 performed amazingly. The shoots were 90% outdoors, in 90-110 degree heat, and I had an averag of 4-5 2+ hour shoots each day. I used the sunshade 100% of the time which was immensely helpful. The picture is bright and crisp, and contrary to some other reviews, I never had a shutdown due to overheating. Maybe I just got lucky and didn't get a dud, but this monitor has been great. The menus are a little wonky, but I figured them out pretty quickly, and the hotkeys were fairly easy to assign after a little experimentation. Highly recommended.

Great External Budget Screen!
So, a couple quick disclaimers before I write out this review. 1; I wasn’t able to test the External Monitor’s 4K functionality, so I’m not factoring that into this review. 2; My use of this External Monitor was mainly used for video recording (1080 Progressive Scan at 30Fps), so my review will reflect that (if applicable). Now with that out of the way, let’s get into it. This FEELWORLD 4K monitor is a steal for what I was able to use it for! The color ratio of the screen, even though I’m unable to test the color accuracy, looks amazing, and the highest resolution I was able to test (1080 Progressive Scan) was very responsive and had absolutely no ghosting with the screen or the pixels, not to mention there were absolutely no dead pixels, which is a huge plus on these cheaper external monitor options. The batteries this external monitor uses are pretty common in the private film industry (as well as the public side), so they are slightly more pricey than common batteries, but they are still quite affordable and come in a good amount of power options/sizes, but this FEELWORLD 4K Monitor does NOT come with an internal lithium battery, so keep that in mind. The features this monitor has are all great and function as they should, though there is an “Update” feature/option that updates the firmware to give more features/options with each update… at least that’s what I’m guessing, as I wasn’t able to actually try that particular feature/option since the instructions for doing the “Update” are quite difficult to understand and the method of getting the monitor updated flags the website where the “Update” is downloaded from. The connectivity options for this External Monitor are 1x HDMI (INPUT only), 1x 3.5mm Headphone Jack (for audio pass through monitoring, does NOT record sound), 1x USB Mini-B (for the “Uograde” feature I stated above). The monitor itself came with (and in) a protective hard case with a stabilizing strap for the monitor, a soft divider attached to the inside of the case (to separate the monitor from the rest of the contents), and a compartment on the other side of the case to hold the extra stuff or to put more stuff into. All in all I had thought that, when I purchased this external monitor, the monitor and maybe the arm attachment would be sent to me from China through the mail in one of those plastic bags that are all taped up to H3II and back. I was pleasantly surprised when it came and it was packed neatly into a small shipping box and wasn’t damaged once I opened it. If your a College Student who is just getting into Videograohy, or an Indie Filmmaker, or a YouTube Content Creator, or trying to claim your place on the new YouTube Competitor, then I definitely suggest purchasing this monitor. This goes double if the camera you’re using doesn’t have an articulating screen so you can see what you’re recording once you try different camera positions, angles, or even if you’re a one person videographer/creator recording yourself, for yourself, by yourself. Overall, my grade for this FEELWORLD 4K External Monitor is; 4.5/5 Stars (Amazon doesn’t allow half ratings.) Definitely worth picking up!

Love this little monitor!
Very bright even in direct sunlight without the shade! I've used this a bunch and the battery still holds a charge like it's new. Relatively small, but it's perfect for my rig. The 4k resolution helps make sure we're nailing focus and it gives as much accuracy as you could expect. Love this little guy!

Overheats and shuts down
Despite the clear picture and easy setup, the display only functions for about an hour - hour and a half before shutting down with the battery charge around 60%. Luckily I had another battery unit on hand. The one that came with the monitor got super hot. I suspect it's the reason for the sudden shut down. I'm going to test it again. But it's definitely not what I expected quality wise after reading all the positive reviews. Disappointed.

The monitor is perfect for cinematography, the battery, the case and everything that came with it is amazing, only thing for 4 stars instead of 5 is there is no HDMI-HDMI only HDMI mini - HDMI.

The product was delivered today, received the monitor, swivel arm, shade and the shade frame. The adapter and battery was not delivered as the title says. Update: contacted the seller and they report that the ad placed is by someone else, they only provide the monitor and handle, not the battery and adapter.
