I use 3 tea bags for 1 liter iced tea, sweetened with stevia. I like the vanilla flavored stevia drops, about 4.5 droppers per liter

It heals from inside with antioxidants, low in tannins with if you are a real drinker you want to have. I like it cause it is a very simple tea. You can make it weak or strong as coffee and it won't hurt you.

Q: Can i use tea bags in microwave? Or is it only safe to add tea bag after microwaving water?

The teabag appears to be made of a natural fiber, which suggests it can be used in a cup of water in the microwave as long as you don't boil all the water out. That being said, you'll probably get a lousy cup of tea compared to the normal boil and pour method. I would try it on a cup you can toss first.
