I believe your asking if all the colors of the light can come on and stay on at same time continously. If thats your question then I don't believe so I know that there a mode that brings on each color one after one, but not all at once

Any lights rand it tripod will work. All you need is a 1/4-20 thread, which they will all have standard. This light is lightweight, and even cheaper stands will hold it.
