I am absolutely in love with this meat slicer. I originally bought it so I could slice meat super thin for hotpots and wow, this does an amazing job. I can get those delicate, paper thin slices just like restaurants every time. It has really elevated our hotpot nights. We are saving so much money with it. I have also made cheesesteaks with the meat. Ok about the item: It slices smoothly and easily without tearing. The thickness can also be adjusted. The cleanup process is very easy after each use with the removable blade. This has become one of my favorite kitchen appliances.

Works exactly as I hoped. Easy to set the slice thickness, cuts cleanly through cold cuts, and the removable blade makes cleanup simple. Great for weekly sandwich prep and snack boards.

I like to buy large cuts of meat and reduce them to family dinner sizes. I also like to make my own cold cuts as well as jerky. This I needed a decent food/meat slicer. This slicer is decent. It has an adjustable thickness dial, though the corresponding thickness gauge is offset and has no purpose at all. For jerky I like to cut frozen or near frozen meats. The slicer just didn't like that at all. The motor just didn't have the strength to get through anything frozen. Once defrosted a bit, the machine did the job well. Cleaning is a hassle, but is no different from any other slicer. Just get it done and move on. It works, does the job reasonably well and that's great for my purposes.

Now I can buy meat and cheese in whole pieces, slice them at home, and serve them super fresh. I have a big family, so this is a huge plus — this slicer has become a must-have in my kitchen. The thickness adjustment works perfectly, it’s sturdy, stable, and easy to clean. I use it often, and it’s definitely worth the money!

Bought it because it was cheap, but really should have spent a little more. It works and it will cut meat, but it's really hard to clean. The cut depth knob is almost worthless, it will change the depth but it turns without moving so you don't really know how deep it's cutting based on the knob, so if you wanted to cut 3MM and then change it to 5 MM and back to 3MM, it's not going to be the same as the knob will just spin and not change the depth. The blade is okay but doesn't stay sharp very long. I've cut probably 6-8 bottom round beef and it's dull now.

I had high hopes for this deli slicer, but it has been nothing but frustrating. First, it struggles to slice evenly — even when adjusting the thickness dial carefully, the slices come out inconsistent. Trying to slice something as simple as turkey breast or cheese turns into a mess of uneven pieces. The motor also sounds strained, even with soft foods. It feels underpowered and occasionally slows down mid-slice. That’s concerning from both a performance and safety standpoint. Cleaning is another huge issue. The blade is difficult to remove, and food gets stuck in hard-to-reach crevices. For a kitchen appliance that’s supposed to handle raw meats, that’s unacceptable. It takes far longer to clean than it does to use. Overall, it feels cheaply made, not sturdy, and definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this slicer and regret purchasing it.

This is a game changer for those of us who like to slice their meat and vegetables even. Very often, I take my chicken breast and I slightly freeze them so I can slice into them much easier. I still don’t get it as even and thin as I’d like and this in the last couple of days has helped tremendously. I’ve also used it to slice my carrots. I’m sure it’s got a world of other uses maybe thinly slicing your cabbage. It’s easy enough to assemble. It is plastic and metal. Don’t love plastic but what choice do we have these days. It’s a nice weight. It definitely saves time and energy for slicing although it does take me at least a decent amount of time to clean up. But it’s straightforward enough and I think this is a lovely machine.

Love it! Great quality and so much better than my old foldable rival meat slicer. Love that this is all metal and when i adjust the thickness guide it stays where i put it. Well worth the price. Update: still love my slicer but if you are going to be slicing much hard cheese i would suggest going with a different one with a stronger motor. This will slice the cheese but if its very cold the motor seems to struggle a bit and you have to go quite slowly. I will keep this one as long as it lasts me but in the future would buy one with a stronger motor.

De las rebanadoras que lei los comentarios y reviews, esta fue la que mejor puntaje presentaba, corta bien, es podareosa pero, la parte de plástico en donde se ejerce presión es muy frágil y se empuja emntonces cuando quieres hacer un corte delgado de un embutido no lo puedes hacer porque se mueve.

Works if you don't have much cutting to do. It has started to do a strange noise after a minute of use. Still cuts .

I had no problem cutting meat with this machine but did have problems cutting bread. Perhaps a smooth blade would work well but not sure if u can even purchase one. It is to bad they have used plastic gears, I feel this is going to shorten the life span of this machine if used on a regular basis.
