This is a bare chassis with arm suspension and wheel coupling. One would need a hell of other components like differential set, Motor esc receiver and battery. And yes wheels too. I believe the idea behind this is customizations. One can upgrade the parts as per will. Brushless motor, better esc, 3S battery, metal shafts can convert this bare chassis into an RC beast.
