I love this new device! Lenovo has not disappointed me yet! Battery life, speed and overall functionality are as described. On top of it all- i got a good deal!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's a decent laptop and fairly lightweight, but it lacks backlit keyboard and there is no way to add it. The laptop supposedly costs over 2000.00 at normal price. How is it possible to sell a mid range laptop that doesn't have keyboard back lighting. Makes no sense. That's why I returned it

Disappointed with less than 2 hours of power after charging. I don't know where these numbers in the description come from. It was also a process to change my browser. The computer is just right for my needs.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Could not switch out of S mode. Could not install updates. Kept getting error: THIS PC DOESN'T CURRENTLY MEET WINDOWS 11 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.

Item is fine. They did not send all the parts and promised a refund which they did not give. Update. Seller absolutely followed through on refund and the laptop is everything it’s supposed to be. Thank you.
