Valrhona Cocoa Powder - 100% Pure Cocoa - 0.25 Kilo

This is by far the best cocoa powder out there, and it really elevates the quality of any of my baked goods that call for natural cocoa powder. I’m happy to give people my recipes but I always warn them that if they want the same results they need to use this product! I didn’t even used to like things like chocolate cake because they often just taste muddy. Chocolate cake tastes chocolatey when I use Valrhona.

It arrived broken. The lid off, and the aluminum seal broken. The powder was all over the box from inside. Amazon was so nice that they refunded back what I paid for it. I've purchased another one elsewhere, and I must say, that this makes the best, the smoothest, most aromatic cups of hot cocoa ever! If you order it shipped to you, have your fingers crossed. It's quite expensive. And Amazon doesn't really like to give refunds for groceries. But it never hurts to try. Call their customer support. They're usually very nice to talk to.

VALRHOMA Cocoa Powder. If 10 stars was a rating possibility, I would gladly give 10 stars. This cocoa powder gives my baked goods a richer chocolate favor as well as a deeper chocolate color. My grammy's (born 1901) chocolate cake recipe was always my favorite of any cake I've ever tasted and I received many compliments over 50 years of making her cake. However, using Valrhona Cocoa Powder has given it a richer deeper taste. I never thought grammy's could be improved upon...Valrhona proved me wrong, grammy's cake is now the best it can be. I highly recommend Valrhona Cocoa Powder. I believe in it so much I sent some to my friend 2000 miles away from me.

Mix with your coffee for a great added taste and good for heart health

This is the best tasting cocoa I have ever had. A little goes a long way, so for me, 1 heaping teaspoon of cocoa, 2 scant tsps of sugar and 12 oz hot milk make an outstanding cup.
