Smaller than expected and the top part goes down inside the crown so far it doesn't stay securely on my head. Very lightweight cheap plastic.

Lived up to expectations.
Cheap quality - definitely get what you pay for scenario. But it worked for what we needed.

Looks exactly like the picture
Foam band inside the rim for a comfort fit. I marked down value for money because I would expect to pay $5.00 in a "Dollar Store", however, it had the regal look my costume demanded, so I spent the money. It is sturdy enough to stand up to any normal use. It will not stand up to abuse.
