It's pretty cheaply made with some weird synthetic materials, but it is hilarious and perfect for a silly derby hat. The mane is very short and the ears do their own thing but it's fine. The hat fits an adult head well. Gets pretty hot wearing it though.

Cute and nice quality. I ordered one for my hubby and one for me to wear at a friends annual Kentucky Derby party. Everyone loved them. They fit nicely.
