5 stars with a caveat. WARNING: This is the closest thing to Crack Cocain for a cat. Speaking solely on the addiction/habit forming aspect of that street drug. Friskies are basically cocain for cats and this is a more potent form... by a huge margin. If you are attempting to befriend a cat or have a new cat introduced to your home and want to insure you get along, these are the #1 cat befriending tool. However that new friendship will be clouded with the fact that you are now the source for the best thing any cat has ever known. Essentially you are now the cats dealer. Apparently these are chocked full of vitamins and minerals so they are not necessarily bad for your cat. There is a warning/suggestion on the number of treats your cat should consume in one day. Try explaining to your cat that he has consumed his daily allotment and you will be met with resistance comparable to that of a crack head. Be prepared for loud yelling, tail flips, things getting knocked off of counters, and possible attacks. Once you have introduced these to your feline friend you will have the benefit of being able to call your cat and get him/her to drop whatever they are doing and rush to your side like an obedient dog. All you need to do is shake the can, make that rattle sound, and poof here's your cat. WARNING: Anything that even remotely resembles this sound will have your cat instantly appear and expecting treats. When they realize there is not to be any treats be prepared for loud meows, tail flips, and possible attacks. WARNING: If you feed other cats these then when you shake the can you will have every cat you introduced to these appear as well. So if you don't want your neighbors to be constantly knocking at your door to retrieve their cat don't become their cats dealer. Your cat will love these treats more than anything and inturn will love you almost as much because you are the provider of these.

I've been buying this for five years. Both cats love this, and love the other flavors, too (salmon, catnip, and the chicken). It's a healthy treat, free of chemicals and toxic stuff. The cannister is handy, easy to open and hold, recyclable and BPA-free (I called to ask). Read the label carefully; if it doesn't state "Natural Yums" it has chemicals. Highly recommend.

My two cats love these treats. They’re a bigger chunk than their cat chow and they definitely know the difference because they really dive into these treats. I always keep a supply on hand. They come at a pretty good price for the size of the container.
