You can twist the light in any direction but it does not have a charge function. It has to be plugged in.

Can a 5V 2A USB/AC adapter be used for this lamp?

Yes, it will work. The minimum current is 1A, so 2A is fine.

Does anyone have a picture of the clamp? I'm worried about it marring my wood funiture.

他の方のレビューにもあるけど、『なんでここにスイッチを設置したの？』って商品です。明るさや機能面は、必要十分でしょう。最低輝度でも結構明るく小学生の学習机のデスクライトとしては、必要十分でしょう。

取り付けやすくコンパクトなのにとても明るいので手元作業に良い。個人的には少し明るすぎた。一番小さくしても明るいのでぼんやりと間接照明には向いていないかも。明るさ強弱のMAXがわかりづらい。
