Great gift good value for money

The personalised whisky glass is gorgeous my son in law will love it thankyou so much.

I purchased as a gift but when it came I was so disappointed, it is very cheap and nasty looking, I would be embarrassed to give anyone let alone as a gift. The worse thing is I'm on a very tight budget but when I went to returns it won't let me return it.The writing is that small you can hardly make it out and it's just cheap glass, I could have got a full set for that price.

The glass is nice but the writing is so small and in white that you can barely see. If I personalise an item I would really like to see that is there rather then trying to find where and what is written. I was a little disappointed as it was a present.

My friend loved the glass, great gift idea

Bought as a gift with engraving. Trying to figure out how to return this. Engravement is at an angle and very small. The glass itself doesn’t feel like glass. There is lines visible going vertically within the glass every couple of center meters. Worst part is there is a chip on the rim of the glass making it unsafe to use. Overall avoid. *edit* customer service reached out and offered a full refund.

Aber einbisschen zu teuer

Das Glas war ein Geschenk für einen lieben Freund, der ist so begeistert!! Es sieht sehr edel aus und hochwertig, ich werde auf jeden Fall noch mehrere davon kaufen und gravieren lassen, einfach ein tolles Geschenk!

Vorab: Nachdem das Paket bereits 3 Tage verspätet war, habe ich den Verkäufer angeschrieben, dieser hat sich entschuldigt und nochmal versand. Am nächsten Tag kam es dann doch -im Zoll stecken geblieben- hat mich nochmal 15€ gekostet was ich dem Postboten bezahlen musste!!! Unbedingt Zollgebühren mit kalkulieren. Gläser sind kleiner als gedacht aber wirklich toll. Ich habe wikinger Runen gravieren lassen, die sehen wirklich toll aus. Bin total begeistert und freue mich schon auf das Verschenken. Danke für den netten Kundenservice und die schönen Gläser 😊
