i’ve struggled to find a brush that successfully defined my curls, and this brush ended that struggle. the grooves along the side of the brush really help in defining the curls and its very gentle/ soft for the hair. it doesn’t really work as a detangler for me, but it works perfectly as a styler. while it can be pricey, it is totally worth it.

Holy… GRAIL! Finally my brush problems are solved. I use a separate detangle brush then I use this one to soften out my curls. Then you section the hair (add curl cream) and use the outward motion with those ridges on the side to style the curls and they come out perfect little wavy or curly ringlets.

Things to keep in mind: • At first the bristle spacing felt different compared to my old brush, so it took a few tries to get used to the feel. • Because it’s five tools in one, if you just need a basic detangling brush it might be more than necessary (but if you’re styling serious curls, it’s totally worth it).
