Uses Cyanocobalamin instead of Methylcobalamin
To wrap/preserve the B12, Cyanocobalamin (costs less, longer shelf time) uses a Cyanide precursor which is not body soluble (accumulates in the body), Methylcobalamin is an alcohol body soluble (disposed by the body). One debate is whether the precursor to Cyanide is consumed in such small quantities (at a particular time) that this would not be an issue.
