Very well illustrated and understandable. Not fit for the prudes - lots of nude illustrations but then again it is its subject. Wife and I love it and at 40 years marriage nice new approach to us

We both respect and think the human body is beautiful, but we felt it was inappropriate that they are nude through the entire book. We have not yet done the DVD because the book kind of put us off.

Description very misleading. DVD isn't included. You have to request that through the company separately with instructions included in the book.

I admire their confidence and freedom, but they did not need to be naked for me to understand their intimacy. I do appreciate that we are practicing yoga together now.

We love reading and exploring with this easy to understand and enjoy manual!

Didn't realize all the people inside the book would be completely nude....

Not what I had expected for a yoga informational book did not want porn!
