Great costume dress for flag worship !
It has no sleeves but I wear a thin shirt with sleeves that match the dress color perfectly. At 5ft.3 135 lbs, it's a snug fit but will work. I suggest getting one size bigger than you normally would or it will show every bulge you have on your body. For thin people, it's just fine. It's soft material and thin, although not see thru. I'm content with it.
