It’s cheap material, the strap on one side broke when I put it on the hook. The straps on the net don’t stay on the hooks good. The hooks adhesive tore paint off of my wall. The mesh doesn’t go all the way down on the floor even with the hooks on the floor, my cats can go under it. It’s crappy!! But a gate instead! Might work for small dogs but they might knock it down easily. So just don’t waste your time and money and don’t ruin your walls like I did mine!

Use days a week in the hall way. It keeps the visiting grandkids in their own room and not running up and down the hall or going into the kitchen at night. I put chimes on them, so that they are real noisy when touched.

Super flimsy and not very retractable because it is a hook you need to hook and unhook every time you pass through it. Those stick hooks do not have good sticking qualities. You might as use a nail and hammer. Size covers standard door size in US. I would say it is easy to use for its purpose, but may be a safety fall hazard if you try and jump over it.

The hooks don't last. Even having extras they only lasted a week. I ended up getting some screen hooks for the mesh screen and problem solved.

This product is cheap, and very ineffective! Won't stick to most surfaces and the minute a dog, cat, or child puts any pressure on it. It collapses completely. Do not waste your money. Do not recommend and it cost money to return to the seller. Absolute garbage!!!

It was a great buy but not what o really wanted

UPDATE BASED ON EXCELLENT RESPONSE TIME AND THE OFFER TO REFUND MY PURCHASE: This new store reading is based solely on the excellent and very appropriate response to my review. The seller offered to fully refund my purchase. More importantly, they seemed to truly listen to the specifics of my complaint. I hope this will help them to further improve their product in the future and I wish them success in doing so Flimsy. It’s my own fault; “you get what you pay for. The mesh is fine but the rods that are meant to provide stability are so wonky and the mesh channels so narrow that i struggled to get them to stay in place. Lastly, the were enough plastic “hooks” to secure to the wall, but they wouldn’t hold the screen in place. Results: I should have spent an extra $10 to get a sturdier and simpler solution.

I just bought this and within 2 days of having it up 1 of the loop ties that hooks to the wall hook busted. So now we cannot use it and I don’t have time to return it. DO NOT BUY THIS. It’s made very cheap and not worth the price! 😡

Do not buy this. My dog walked straight through and the tabs came off immediately.

Faulty item. The item is not stitched as a rectangle. One side is longer than the other creating gaps. Not suitable for cats.
