Update Winter 2024: Had a buckle break but the folks at Itay hooked it up with a replacement. I was going to buy another one anyway… this belt is exactly what you’re looking for if every other belt gives you skin issues. Not having to take it off for metal detectors is a bonus. Super happy. Original review: On one hand, the leather is pretty damn decent and the metal-free buckle solves the skin irritation issue. Even the Zero Nickel belts were still causing issues. These are great. On the other hand, they haven’t gotten the compound quite right for the buckle. They’re too brittle and the two that I’ve bought so far have both broken at the pin (term?) that goes through the hole in the belt. Both times, it snapped from every day use… I’m not wearing it ridiculously tight or throwing it around by any means. It’s just too brittle. Both lasted less than 6 months. The leather belt itself still looks brand new. At the end of the day, I haven’t found a better alternative. We’re going to try a 3rd one, cross our fingers I get more than 6 months out of it, and if not, I’m just going start my own belt brand and start importing these things myself with a longer warranty.

Junk. Cracks and falls apart after wearing 10-15 times.

Belt comes exact with lots of holes to tighten several notches. Buy the belt next size bigger than you plan so there’s some extra play. It’s not metal so you don’t want it too tight on the waist because it likely will eventually break even though its well made. Haven’t gone through airport security yet, which is the whole point of buying this belt and hopefully it works. If it does not set off TSA scanner, I’ll buy a second belt that’s bigger for my winter weight gain.

Works as advertised. I go through TSA every day for work and never have an issue. It looks good on a uniform too.

Looks great, until it doesn't. Leather cracks REALLY bad after maybe a few months and the finish also begins to wear off. I've had this nearly a year and already need a new one because it looks so bad. Fit was on point and does make going through TSA and any other type of security a breeze though.

Works great , does not set off the metal detectors at work , fits true to size. , looks good , comfortable, easy to put on, not thick and color maintains over time . Not cumbersome nor over stretchy either , feels good to wear for several hours .
