Exactly as advertised. Product is excellent but pricey for the quantity. I bought it for inflammation for my senior lab who has lar par and too old for surgery. It's not helping enough to reorder unfortunately. The small jar would need to be purchased at least once a week.

This was quite a surprise find. Had a low-grade infection that wouldn't heal with even doctor prescribed Fusidin (antibiotic). Read about the healing and anti-inflammatory properties of Manuka honey with high UMF factor, and decided to give it a try. After a couple of weeks of daily (or every-other-day) non-stick dressing change, the wound looks much better and is healing. In my case I think the key is the strong anti-inflammatory properties of the honey which helps calm the immune system response preventing the wound from being constantly inflammed and giving it a chance to heal naturally. Highly recommended!
