USB C to Laptop Charger Converter, Type C to DC Plug, 100W PD, Charging Connector for Thinkpad X1 Legion Y7000P Laptop 20V (11 x 4.5mm Thinkpad Large Needle)

Purchased the converter to use my Lenovo laptop with DC plug to an HP docking station. It works for the mouse and keyboard, however, would not work for the monitors which was my intent. I gave it 5 stars because it was likely something I missed in the description

It does what it says. It allows you to use new usb-c chargers on older Dell 7.4mm barrel plugs. It works better than 3rd party specific Dell compatible 7.4mm chargers. I’ve order a couple of those in the past and they fail eventually. This adapter looks like it’ll last. I bought this one and from another seller. It turns out they were the same item, both work great.

I have an old Dell laptop with a worn out USB C and really hate carrying multiple chargers for my phone, tablet, etc. This tiny little adapter fixed all that. My normal Dell power supply is a 65W so this is plenty capable. My laptop never complains that it is not a "Dell charger" even though it is plugged into the round Dell power jack. I love the convenience so much, I got one for each of my USB C charging bricks.

19 volt, 2.37 amp per the back of my Acer PC. Simply will not charge the PC. The charge light will not come on. Plugged into multiple charging blocks and cords. No go. Checking with a volt/omp meter this adapter IS putting out the same voltage that's going into it a mere +/- 3 volts. Plugged in the original charging cord and it charges fine as usual. Thanks to amazon I did not need to bother returning it for a refund. I returned it to the recycling bucket. I believe the issue is that a typical charging block just does no have the voltage to charge a PC. All this item is is an plug adapter. It is not a transformer.

Allows for easy charging of my Lenovo - can use all my USB c chargers rather than bringing the silly laptop brick

I used it for my Lenovo laptop because I wanted to use a single brick to travel fir charging all my devices. It does work as advertised, the only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because it doesn't fit perfectly in my laptop charging port (it is a tiny bit longer).

Works great I'm able to use one lap charger to use for an older charger this helps out so many ways it's it's incredible

Read your original power block or the laptop, what the output is. This adapter is max 100W. My Acer output is 230W, therefore this adapter can't charge my laptop. This adapter is for low power laptops.
