Nice combo kit, works well for a good price
Came in a solid box. Batteries and charger were loose in the box but OK, not impressed that they weren't even wrapped in padding. Put together mower, trimmer and blower in about 45 minutes. Did not come with a screwdriver for the two screws on the trimmer that hold the plastic guard. This caused me to have to find my bit set and a wrench, since my screwdrivers and bit driver are conveniently missing. Nevertheless, the screws were easy to install and hold fine. Batteries were low on charge, but charged enough quickly enough to do the front lawn with no trouble. Results were great, as to be expected from a mower with a fresh blade. At least the trimmer came with a spool already attached, but it did not come with extra line so buy some. Trimmer is actually quite impressive because the guard doesn't wrap around so it was easy to trim the weeds up against the house. I was quite surprised to notice that the line is smooth feeding and doesn't seem to need manual pressing of a release to feed more line. The mower worked well with some terrible weeds and didn't bog down while mowing at a comfortable pace. I am 5'10" and the mower is comfortable to maneuver with the bar at the right height on the lowest setting, of which there are only two. The handle collapses easily which was important to me because I have to carry my mower down stairs to put it away. The mower is lightweight so it is easy to carry by the handle down the steep stairs. My backyard has also a steep hill which I have to mow which will be a piece of cake with this mower. The only thing I don't quite like is the blower, which is quiet enough but could have a bit more power. It couldn't quite blow the grass and clippings off the sidewalk.

Light weight, and high quality!
I had concerns when we got this mower. It isn’t self propelled, and is smaller than our last one, but it really surprised me. We have a lot of yard, and are on a hill, which added to our concerns. It is lightweight, which makes it really easy to use. You can raise and lower the deck with a couple of fingers. It even goes up the hill easily. The only downside is the battery life. It comes with 2 24v batteries, and needs both to operate. They last about 30 min. My thought was to get a second set of batteries, but they cost as much as another mower. I like the easy maintenance, and light weight, and that it has power and is quiet. Great mower.

Excellent lawn mower, good build quality, powerful & effective, battery doesn't last long
This lawn mower does an excellent job, but the main disadvantage is the battery life, which only lasts around 30 minutes. If you have a large yard, you'd probably have to charge it 4 times to complete the lawn mowing, which causes inconvenience. Other than that, it is very effective and is powerful enough to even handle long, big grasses rather easily. It makes a fair amount of noise. It is designed very well, as well, as it has a nice look and solid build quality to it.

Great electric mower for the price
This was one of my favorite purchases this year. The November isn't noisy, looks much better than my previous electric lawnmower, and was surprisingly powerful for what it was. Out of the box, it was super easy to set up. My only gripe is that I wish the batteries would last a little longer. Currently, it lasts about 45 min per charge.

It’s best to look elsewhere for your battery powered lawn devices, 3 letters and starts with “E”.
These batteries/chargers are absolute garbage. Don’t waste your money on this company and pay a little more to go with a better brand like Ego. I bought the mower, weed eater, and blower set en lieu of my mother in law moving here from out of state and she needed the whole setup. These chargers pretty much out of the box go straight to a solid red light and won’t charge the batteries because they’re “too hot”. So I’ve tried different plugs thought her house, sometimes they charge, sometimes they don’t, but every time I think I’m going to come over here to do her yard and should walk in to fully charged batteries, THEY ARE DE@D! I’m so sick of dealing with this and I’d happily return this product if I was still within my return period and never glance at this company again. I even bought another charger from this brand thinking it would be better, same exact thing. Apparently this is a very common issue online and the company does nothing about it, I cannot emphasize enough not to buy this for this reason alone. The mower: it’s small but it’s actually somewhat decent assuming your batteries will charge somewhat. The weed eater: junk. Feels light and cheap. One tiny little string and if you tilt it too far to do edging the device will die immediately, awful. The blower: decent, assuming your batteries charge. Maybe the best thing out of the bunch. I will never buy another Greenworks product again. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price, but you get what you pay for, perhaps even less. Cut quality: Mower? Okay. Weed eater? A joke. Build quality: mediocre to straight up cheap feeling I won’t glance at this brand ever again. Don’t know if I’d even want to pass it onto anyone else except my worst enemy lol.

Got to love Greenworks
So I have a postage stamp of a yard and a gigantic Industrial grasshopper lawn mower. Definitely Overkill for our yard. I wanted a small push mower that my son could mow the lawn with. You know got to teach those ethics while they're young. It is so easy to start. Easy to charge. And that little Joker can chop up leaves and grass like it's a gas-powered lawn mower. We can easily mow our front and backyard with one charge of the battery. But you have to make quick work of it. It's collapses up really small and I just sit it on top of my grasshopper lawn mower to keep it out of the way. My son's favorite part is the self propulsion. That definitely makes his life easier. Not like how I had to do it back in the day. Remember getting a running start. Haha all in all good performance and does a great job.

No gas, perfect! But battery runs out fast.
I like how lightweight it is which makes it easy to push/pull. I love not having any gas. However the battery drains fast. I know it says 45 min but I swear I only get 15-20 min of cutting before I have to charge both batteries. The bag also doesn’t catch all of the clippings. So sometimes it will stop mid way and I have to pull it up some so it doesn’t stop due to all of the clippings. Which makes me think there’s an automatic off switch in case you go over something you shouldn’t. Needless to say, buy 2-4 backup batteries so you can have them charged without causing delay to your yard work. What should take less than an hour ends up being damn near 4 hours because you have to constantly charge the batteries. It takes longer to actually charge the batteries than it takes for the batteries to die while cutting your lawn.
