I don’t know the exact diameter of the chew, I/4” maybe, but I get them for my dog who weighs 45lbs. Seem good for her size, but probably would be okay or your size dog. You may want to try these same chews in the Pork Chomps Roasted “Mini” twistz 20 ct. pack. I originally bought them for my dog, but they are actually better for a smaller dog. Since your dog is 20lbs you may prefer these. Depends on what you think might be best for your dogs chewing capacity. Hope this helps.
