The label states is is gluten-free, but there is no statement anywhere on the label indicating is it non-GMO

Best-by dates on our products are within typically 4 months or longer when sold through online retailers. You can view the best-by date on the product packaging upon receipt of your purchase. The date code is a 3-letter month, 2 digit date, and 2 digit year format; for example SEP0922. Though our products do not spoil, their flavor and quality will diminish with time. ~ Erica
