Got it hooked up the spring. It was fairly easy to hook up as I am a 65 female and did it on my own. I set temp at 78 and started with a water Temperature of 62 and went to 78 overnight. I am in love with this heater.

I hooked the 88000 BTU variant of this heater up to a 17000 gallon pool (35' x 14', 5' deep all the way across, with a tanning ledge eating into that space) in Southern Mississippi. Pool was down to about 64 degrees, had it up over 80 in about three days. This is not a solution to keep your pool hot year round, but will definitely extend your season to about 10 months. Only real note, this thing produces far more condensation than I expected, to the point that I had puddling around it in the back yard. Their customer support was on point helping me identify if it was a leak or just that. They definitely go above and beyond in reaching out to you to make sure everything is meeting your expectation.

This heat pump is working pretty well. The only downfall is the time it takes to heat up the pool water. That time will be different for everyone because it depends on the weather where you live. It took a full week to go from 55 degrees to 80 degrees, but the outside temp was around 50-60 all week so not very warm. It's not too loud and the app is great. Setup was easy and straight forward. You will need a strong WIFI connection to setup the app. The pump may be able to see the network, but setup may not complete. I had to get a WIFI extender so the signal strength would be better. After I did that, I was able to connect with no issues. Now I am just waiting to see my energy bill. It's supposed to be energy efficient so we will see.

This small powerful heater does the job! Controls are clear and easy to navigate and the cost was reasonable compared to all the other heaters on Amazon with similar BTUs. I’m very happy with this purchase. This heater came up to the temperature that I set it on, and heated up my 3700 gallon pool perfectly! The kids are happy and that’s all that matters

Had this runnin an entire day and it inky warmed my pool 3 degrees. Started at 68 degrees and it only got to 71. Air temp was 75 so I am not even sure the heater did anything. I used recommended pump for it and my 3000 gallon above ground pool. Had to close the pool valves 90 percent before I could tell the water was warmer coming out of the hose. I even put in a smaller pump from a 500 gallon pool and I still had to close the valves 90 percent.

Bought this heater for above ground pool and love it. Easy setup. It did take a few days for the temp to rise, but with solar cover it has been amazing. After purchase, customer service has reached out twice to ensure we were happy with product- excellent service!!
