This has been a great bike, great for a short commute, and easier to ride. Long time on battery. Easier

First of all, I love that it came almost fully assembled - other than attaching the pedals, everything was ready to go. That saved a lot of time and made setup worry-free, with no risk of anything being put on crooked or unbalanced. Another huge plus is that the bike folds up and fits in the trunk of a regular sedan, which is great since not everyone drives an SUV. The small built-in handle is also a thoughtful touch, making it easy to lift and carry when needed. I also appreciate the separate buttons for the gears and the headlight. On other bikes we’ve owned, the headlight switched on automatically in the dark, which wasn’t always convenient. With this model, having dedicated controls makes it much more user-friendly - especially for kids. As for performance, it rides smoothly, feels quick and nimble, and has plenty of torque. My daughter absolutely loves it, and we’re very happy with all of its features.

A bit frustrating to assemble. The tools provided were weak and easily stripped. The brakes are difficult to adjust as some of the parts that appear adjustable are immovable. The instructions do say something about the brakes rubbing but it’ll get better after 50 hard, top speed, brakes (they need to be worn in.. I guess). The battery pack fit wasn’t perfect either. There’s a simple mechanism to lock it into place which didn’t quite line up correctly. I was able to force the fit, but the battery pack rattles as you ride. The power is good, so much so that I flipped myself off the bike when I accidentally throttled. Make sure to practice in an open, safe area before commuting/traveling. The seat slips as you ride, which is really annoying and was listed in other reviews, but it’s otherwise comfortable. The back tire also got a hole in it on my 3 time riding. And since the bikes nuts and bolts are “locked” I didn’t know how to fix/ replace the tire so I filled it with an internal tire seal. Haven’t ridden it since.. I’d have returned it but the shipping was expensive and costs $80 to ship it back. If you want something reliable, probably don’t go with something this cheap. I was hoping to use it for commuting, but this may be better suited for zipping around a neighborhood for fun.

This electric bike delivered much faster than expected, which is a surprise for me. To be honest, I have bought such an electric bicycle for a long time. Finally, I bought a cost-effective product. The installation went very smoothly. It only took me 20 minutes. Charging is also very fast. It has three speeds that can be adjusted so that I can choose freely. It's a pity that I can't share the video of my riding with the bike! But I really recommend this product 100% to my friends. Finally, what I want to say is that the freight of this electric bike seems to be cheaper than others. This is another surprise.

Had to give it a 4-star review because it doesn't have turned signals or a USB phone charger like in the description. Also, the headset was way too tight so I had to loosen it but other than that it is a good, quality Ebike. I'm still surprised. By the features in this price range such as the full suspension and removable battery. It's pretty quick and does a little over 20mph with me on it - I'm 160lbs. I would recommend buying this.

I recently bought this e-bike and really like its design. When it arrived, I noticed a minor issue with the tire and the seat washer. I contacted customer support immediately. I have to give a huge shout-out to Mr. Zhao from their support team! He was incredibly patient, enthusiastic, and professional. He didn't hesitate to help and immediately shipped the replacement parts (tire and washer) to me. The problem is now solved, and the bike works great. Highly recommend this seller for their responsibility and speed!

Everything came with the box and after 30 mins of assembly by myself, it works great. Just take ur time making sure the bike is screwed in well before taking off on it. Also the installation videos are on the green bike tab on their store that you can click on the top left which is the name of the seller. Just keep sliding the green bike images till you get to the video on the sellers store front page instead of on amazons page front because it won't show up on amazons. The bike is very fast but can rattle a bit on bumpy roads so be careful of potholes or wide cracks in the ground. Great power with a great value. Very mobile and it is easy to use for amateur bicycle riders. Thank u too the seller

Looking at the pictures and videos posted about this bike, don't fo it justice. I got the box and was already amazed and doubted it was that big, but it filled the box. So easy to set it up. I mean in car talk it's like the best Rav4 good size but still compact.
