Why did you pick this product vs others?: The sugar-free Hershey chocolate sauce is not tasty at all and runny. Yours is perfect!

Awful. Absolute bitter flavor and bottle had a crack in it. Wasted money.

I have been searching for caramel for soso long and finally, I have it sugar free, and that's amazing, however.... I wish it was a deeper and thicker sauce, like brown sugar.All you have to do is use coconut sugar. It does not stick to the side of my cup when I try to make my at home frappuccinos, but it is a great topping and drizzle for treats. It was successful in making the homemade. Snickers taste as well.I'm very thankful to have this option, though

I've literally bought this 3-4 times in the last month to add to my mixed drinks as I use it daily. It's a little bitter on it's own, but it tastes great in mixed drinks, coffee drinks and on top of ice cream. I've noticed some comments on it being to thin. If it's too thin, you actually got a bad batch and need to ask for a refund as I purchased this several times and it was thicker than Hershey's syrup, but then ended up with one of the ones with a thin consistency. They may need to work on mixing them before adding them to the bottles or something, so that all of the bottles are uniform. I also add a tad bit of salt to it to improve the flavor as well. Great product, but they DO need to work on getting rid of the slightly bitter taste that it has though.

Taste is fine. Not exactly like caramel. The sauce is pretty runny and not thick, but you it is a wonderful alternative to full sugar caramel sauce.

This product had a terrible artificial taste and the consistency came out in globs. After a taste, I threw it out because I couldn't get a refund. I can't believe such an item even gets sold. Hard no on this item!
