Fantastic!!!! I was over the moon when I saw this on Amazon. And it's just how I remember. Love it

I love RoTel! It has been a staple in my kitchen for decades. It’s a TexMex food/Salsa & you can buy mild, original or spicy. Add to soups, beans, guacamole, stir fry, eggs, the list is endless. Drain the juice & get creative for a dryer meal or leave the juice. I prefer the smaller cans so no extra to store in the fridge, but my local market only carries 10oz & greater. 10oz is ok though.

This is truly a treat, since Ro Tel is not sold in Canada. $57.00 for 8 10 oz. cans. Pricey but it sure taste good. Bring Ro Tel back!

For a quick, easy salsa, this is awesome. For a Mix-in dip AWESOME!!! For a blender salsa, quick and easy, add chipotle, quarter of an onion, one clove of garlic, can of diced tomatoes, 1-2 cans of rotelle, blend and add fresh lime and fresh cilantro, pulse and you’ve got salsa!

I liked the combination of diced tomatoes and chillies. God for making mexican style food, chili etc. I used it to make enchilada chicken in the slow cooker and it turned out great.
