I have come to absolutely love my ESV Scripture Journals. I can easily carry along whatever book I am currently reading where ever I go, and taken note of passages that jump out at me, or add in clarifying notes or cross references for difficult passages. The text is nice and crisp, not too small, but not too large (at least for me), it's easy to read, and the ESV translation has become one my favorites.

Obviously when I got it there was damages to the box but I expected that based off the other reviews. The books themselves look to be in good shape and I wanted to wait until I actually took notes to see how well I can take notes and highlighters and pens don't bleed through. For darker highlighters you might see a little from the next page but that personally don't bother me. There are several pages in the back that just purly for note taking. I love it. Highly recommend. But there might be a little damaged but thats shipment problems not product problem.
