Batman The Dark Knight Rises Movie Masters Collector Batman Figure

I purchased this for my four year old son as he's infatuated with Batman. I couldn't believe how neat this figurine is. The detail on this is well done. I realize it's for adult collectors but this is a really cool toy for kids as well. The kid in me wanted to play with it :) My son loves his new Batman. My only gripe has nothing to do with the figurine itself but rather with the concept they have with the Bat signal - this Batman comes with one piece of a Bat signal which in this case is the stand. You must purchase all the Batman characters in the set in order to get all the pieces and then put it together. If you don't purchase all the characters you basically have a piece of Bat signal plastic you will never use.

I am fairly new to action figure collecting, but with Dark Knight being my favorite movie, I thought this would look nice on my tv stand. The only thing I was not too fond of with this product, is that it is hard to balance it in certain poses due to the long, unflexible cape. Other that that it looks great. Also, for those that don't want to take it out of the packaging, the packaging looks really nice as well.

In my opinion this item appears that it would be very appealing to avid collectors as the presentation, the packaging and the figure itself are all very impressive. So much so that, in fact, I did not open mine. I am keeping it pristine in the package because it is displayed so uniquely. I love my "Caped Crusader" and I know you will too!

My husband and I bought this Batman for how thoroughly posable he is. We wanted a toy companion to join us on our travels (and in our pictures) as we started our new life together, and Batman has been quite accommodating! This Batman is small enough to keep in my purse, but still large enough to make photos fun. Recently, he came with us to my cousin's baby shower, where he was a hit with our whole table and all those who passes by! This Batman has enough points of articulation, that nearly any pose you could imagine is possible! We have had a lot of fun with him so far, and will continue to do so for many years to come!

This will teach me to read the fine print. When I ordered this figure I didn't realize that you must purchase 3 figures in order to build the Bat signal. The other two are a Bane figure and an Alfred Pennyworth figure; Major bummer! The Batman figure itself looks fine and I was finally able to make it stand on its own, but I probably would not have made this purchase if I had understood the details. There's nice mobility with the arms and forearms, but there's nothing to put in Batman's hands, which look like they should be holding something... and there's no stand to make sure he remains standing... The 2nd figure required is Bane ($16.99 at present) and the third figure is Alfred ($35.00 at present) which makes the bat signal a tad pricey... plus I would probably never consider a Bane figure for my collection and definitely would never purchase the Alfred figure. Strangely enough, the back of the box warns that "figures may not stand as shown." Save your money.

Its pretty ironic that last night I watch Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight rises and then in the morning I got this lets start off with the detail..the detail is outstanding really nice looking but heres the catch its basically the same model of the previeous batman figure. but when you get to cape, face and eyes its pretty dull looking mine has the classic white eyes which is really cool but I could tell the people that made this fig got kinda lazy on the facial detail's along with Batmans cape also I love collecting 6-8 inch figures and I thought this batman was about 6inch or perhaps 7 but I was wrong hes about 5 1/7 inches tall about the same height as Todd Mcfarlane Sleepy Hollow Headless horseman but Mr. Headless is the winner in height and details in my opinion. to me this the best batman movie figure ever ! sure its kinda small but hey its still pretty awesome looking I do plan on getting Play Arts: Batman and Joker to add to my collection for parents its a most buy for your child and collecters IF YOUR A FAN OF B-MAN ADD THIS FIGURE TO YOUR COLLECTION ASAP ! Articulation: both of his shoulder's go in out, both bicept turns 360, forearm moves up and down, fist turns 360, his head can be turned 360, waist can move, thigh goes in out knee can be moved and his feet can be moved up down. details: 4.9 out of 5 note: the eyes, cape and face is pretty dull but other than that B-Man looks fantastic My rating: 5 out 5

Excellent miniature figurine of The Dark Knight Rises. Loaded with accurate realism, textures, articulation, and inspired sculptural proportions. His serious, tougher physical presence and facial expression is definitely the new, darker Batman franchise. A cloth cape instead of its plastic one would be better, but not too big a deal to me. Others may prefer otherwise. Amazon delivered this in excellent condition and on schedule.

I love the articulation on this batman figure. Mattel did a great job designing it. The figure comes with the grey platform piece for the batsignal. This grey piece goes on top of the black base that comes with Catwoman. The figure is great, the only problem is his head is wobbly, but maybe that is intended because it makes him take a punch easily.

er geht nicht kaputt, sieht super aus ist biegsam und man kann ihn nicht kaputt machen und er lässt sich super verbiegen.

This i got mainly to keep in its pack as i am a collector,if you are like me i think you will like this,its got very good detail and looks the part,am sure these figures will become very rare in the future,there's also more to collect in this movie masters line,bane,cat woman Alfred,robin-the police officer-and ras al ghul,there is also i piece included with every figure so you can build the bat-signal. the ones that will cost you the most to get are alfred,ras al ghul and the police officer blake/robin which seem to be more rare,i plan to try and collect all but could be expensive,am sure many fans will enjoy getting these just to build the bat-signal,and its does light up btw.anyway a excellent batman figure am sure many will buy.
