Best generator I ever owned
This generator is a beast!!! It runs on propane, natural gas, and gasoline. Gasoline gives it the peak wattage, and it is very capable!!! I actually run a millermatic multi process welding machine on it, and it doesn’t skip a beat!!! It has a handle that can be extended so you can pull it with ease, and the handle can be folded back down to simplify storage. It’s very easy to use, and can be picked up with two people! I have had it for quite some time now, and it has not let me down by any means! During the freeze this winter, we lost power in my double wide trailer, and this generator ran the whole house! It has a 9.5 gallon tank too, so you get a pretty long run time out of one tank of gas!!! I take this generator on every job I go to, and it handles everything I throw at it!!!! This is one strong and durable machine, and I’m glad I did my research on it!!!!

Works great for 50 amp generator plug
This is a great unit. Price was even better. Comes with remote controls start as well as pushbutton. Also uses Gasoline, propane, and natural gas. Unit is heavy but has nice wheels and a bar that helps to roll around. Comes with the 50amp twist lock receptacle that hooks to my generator plug. This unit is priced below other similar units.

Charge battery first
Assembly easy. Started with propane immediately but not with gas. This was due to the battery being partially charged. Once the battery was fully charged using the supplied trickle charger, it fired right up with gas. It is a beast. Heavy as stated but rolls well. Glad I have it.

Works, easy to use.
Setup was a breeze! Unpacked, filled with the supplied oil, attached the wheels, connected the battery, added fresh gasoline, and fired up the generator. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Tested one outlet—worked flawlessly! Highly recommend this generator; it’s incredibly easy to set up and get running.

Great Product but its a bit loud. Wished it had a good design and put sound dampers to reduce noise
Got the delivery 12/10 as promised. The Delivery company CEVA Logistics were very kind. Gave me a 15 minutes heads up. I wish they had informed a bit earlier. Since my work place is not that far I was able to arrive home to take the delivery. Not a big deal. The delivery driver offered to take the palette which so kind of him. The packing was very good with triple walled box and enough padding, secured with Nylon straps. It was a bit tough to cut the box which shows its packed well. I assembled it and hooked up to a propane cylinder. In the quick start guide under "Selecting the Fuel Source" 3rd point it says "For Propane rotate fuel selector switch to Natural Gas" which is wrong. it should be "For Natural Gas rotate fuel selector switch to Natural Gas" That portion need to be corrected. Not clear about the amount of oil that need to be filled. 1 Quart bottle is provided which is very good but instead of saying fill until full if its specified the exact volume it takes that would help very much. Regarding the choke lever. It never says to return to off position once the engine running /warm. Apart from above, The battery was fully charged, a charger was supplied which is very nice. It started at the first try with Propane. The generator is bit loud and I wish the company would have designed a little better by installing noise dampers/ or an acoustic enclosure around the engine. However it's not a show stopper. I very well understand that is a 450 CC engine spinning at 3600 RPM and that noise is expected. Initially I was not getting power output but I figured out that the breaker was OFF. it would have been nice if there was a LED indicator for each power output and near the main breaker. The 20 A outlet has a little Green LED which is very hard to visualize whether its ON or OFF when the generator is outside. I ran this for about 5 minutes with a propane tank in my garage (Place this at the end with door open and exhaust pointing out obviously !!) as it was raining and could not take it fully out for my test. the propane tank got very cold at the bottom and near the regulator and I guess this is normal for propane. I need to do a break-in as recommended in the manual with various loads which I will do it this weekend. Will update my review once I do it. Seeing some negative reviews, I am a bit afraid but I hope everything will work out fine. Update - 12/14 Did the initial Break in test. Connected propane, started generator no problems, switched the transfer switch from utility power to generator applied loads slowly. All appliances in house run fine. When I started Dryer it appeared that it struggled to provide that surge power and the lights flickered and went dim and later it was fine. It ran for an hour and then the propane tank froze and since no/less gas output, it started making weird noises with lights flickering. Went out to check and the generator was cranking to keep it running and did not completely shut off. I had to intervene manually at this point to shut it off. I switched to Natural gas and it took couple of tries to start and afterwards it ran fine. Lights were slightly flickering. I am a bit concerned with this. Will contact WH customer support and see what they say. The control center display gave some absurd numbers not sure whether its functioning correctly. I Will update further.
