I can tell you that this has really helped my dogs. Keeps them from scratching so much & chewing the heck out of their paws. I hope this helps.

I have a Rotty, will this help with his dry white flakes and licking his paws and itching?

I believe that it will help. I have a black German Shepherd that I rescued a year and a half ago. His skin was flaky and very dry. The itching was terrible. I have used this product daily with him and now his coat is shiny and the dry skin is gone. Hope this helps.
