These are really great. I use them for my total gym. It helps with the cable usage and being able to have more of a turning ability and not being uncomfortable in certain exercises. The clips are rather large. I ended up using only one per side and then the original clips, so new clip, swing swivel, old clip is how I applied them. It will give you more slack in the cable as well. So you may want to consider not using the clips. They are very smooth and quiet which was what I was looking for. I didn't want to have to exercise hearing noise. They are easy to install, and do add a bit weight to the cable. Overall I would recommend them. They are a bit pricey which took me a bit to consider buying but am happy with the results.

Not what I expected. I thought this was for heavy duty use, but I was mistaken. I am no climber, but I would not use or depend on this for climbing. It is light weight and should only be used for hanging things in the house or garage. It is fairly easy to use, but I do not believe it would support 7000 pounds. I would suggest if you want something you can depend on, look for a better quality.

I received the 35kn swivel yesterday. It came well packaged and with two locking carabiners. All we're individually wrapped in plastic. I mounted it to my son's swing set using an existing swing swivel and the carabiners for our tire swing. It spins great! I'm going to get my son to test it today.

Like most people these days I bought these swivels for my Total Gym. They really do make a difference in my workout.
