This is one of the best over the counter herbs for relaxation. It used to be called just "Happy Camper" - but for some reason they kept that name but changed the ingredients. That "version" didn't work as well as this "Stress Buster."

I have only taken it before bed. But don't want to be without it now. Helps my mind relax and stop worrying about things in the world or what I have to do tomorrow, so I get rest to do them.

This is amazing !!! Taste horrible so don't break them but I've noticed they're excellent before bed if you have insomnia. I love that these are fast acting and have taken them after too much coffee, really work! Healthy, natural, non prescription...get them you won't be sorry

I've been prescribed various things to reduce anxiety, and this product seems pretty comparable. It has lowered my usage of the prescription meds. If you have any warning you are going to be in a stressful situation (perhaps tired kids?), take the recommended dosage of these a bit before facing the stressor and have a much better time of it. Kind of a strange smell, but small price to pay for the usage.

I don't usually write reviews but This is the best stress relief available. I have done a lot of research and the ingredients and dosage are very safe I love it for taking the edge off my day - anxiety level is way down with the Stress Breaker formula. !I gave it to my friend who has had life long anxiety and anger issues and PTSD and he is now, months later, still consistently mellow and even tempered . Takes it everyday as do I ! We are Happy Campers with much less stress!

I ordered these instead of the original ones. I do feel they work well, however it’s so hard to get past the smell. They stick, so hold your nose.

These pills are a miracle. I bought them because my anxiety is out of control & I get stressed out VERY easily because of it. Also I'm going through an extra rough/super insanely busy patch in life right now & I not longer take prescription meds for my bipolar disorder, BPD, anxiety or depression. I am still taking Happy Campers along with these because I love those too. I chose these pills specifically because of the lithium in them. I used to be prescribed lithium & it worked super well for me. I LOVE THESE! From the first time I took them I noticed a difference within an hour. I will continue to take these with the rest of my natural mental health supplement regimen. They DO smell like cat vomit, however & if I don't take them while eating food I belch up the flavor for about an hour after I take them. That sucks but since they work so well it definitely isn't a deal breaker.

Was having extreme nervousness some days this winter. From the start, this product relieved that nervousness. I take only one pill a day usually, but on extra stressful days, I take two. It says that you can safely take up to four. Be aware, they have a strong, herbal smell/taste. Just swallow them quick with water and its all good. I like this product a lot and will keep taking it along with the regular Happy Camper for a more cheerful mood.
