Pleased with cleaning. Even got up a speck of paint from 5 years ago that nothing else I tried could remove. Impressed with water extraction. Didn't mind at all having to empty the dirty water reservoir or refill the soap reservoir bc the shampooer is so light & easier to maneuver. Way easier than my vacuum. Great trade off IMO.

I love this carpet cleaner. I wanted one to just clean floors, no upholstery attachments since I have a separate machine for just that. Was surprised all I have to do was push it forward and pull it back. Cleans amazingly, definitely a smaller dirty water tank and clean water tank, but the ease of use and effectiveness was a great trade for me. Carpets dried within hours, not days.

cleaned my carpets so much better than expected. I have a shark vacuum so thought I give the carpet shampooer a shot, this did not let me down. I have had 3 different brands of shampooers in my time but this one has more than met expectations. This has great suction so my carpets dried much faster and the cleanest I have ever seen them, a keeper for sure!!

I LOVE this carpet cleaner. I had an old upright bissell and it finally broke and left a huge stain from leaving dirty water behind. This took care of it in one clean no problem. Pros: It’s smaller and easier to use than other carpet cleaners. The suction is seriously strong which is important for getting clean carpet. The quality is much better than the similar popular bissell models and it’s not much more expensive. This thing really works. Cons: the water tank and dirty water tank are on the small side and require multiple empties and refills while cleaning. There are not attachments to clean stairs or furniture.

Very nice. Is on the smaller size so if you have a large space you will have to refill but it does a great job!

It didn't work. I sent it back. When I moved it forward and back as instructed it would turn itself off. Shame on Shark for selling a product that had a sensor problem!

This machine works so good! It's super simple to set up and operate. No fancy bells or whistles. But the suction power is outstanding. The water basin is a bit small so you will have to empty it several times.

Great product. I have used this in every room of my house and it's been great. It deep cleans and dries well.

Eigentlich nutze ich sehr gerne Geräte von Shark aber von diesem bin ich einfach enttäuscht. Es stand nicht dabei das kein deutscher Stecker dran ist, also noch einen Adapter nachbestellen. Endlich kann es losgehen. Die Teppich Walze bewegt sich und es gibt einen knall und die Sicherung fliegt raus. Andere Steckdose probiert genau das gleiche. Unbrauchbar für mich. Sehr enttäuscht
